At Matteo, we have been designing and manufacturing in Los Angeles

everything by hand right here in our factory in Boyle Heights. We are

We are looking for a executive / administrative assistant to support
our CEO and management team. Ideal candidates possess an interest in
design, real estate, architecture, manufacturing and sewn textiles
along with strong communication and project management skills. We are
looking for someone with heaps of common sense and a passion for
finding the right answer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with project management - ensure completion of tasks as
assigned to vendors and co-workers.

Assist the CEO and management team with administrative,
organizational and scheduling tasks.

Facilitate communication between intercompany teams and
contractors.

Coordinate and follow up with contractors, ensure projects are
completed.

Research various projects related to design, landscaping, real
estate, marketing and production.
